TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All users who place a purchase order on hirostarpadel.com establish a commercial relationship with Hirostar srl and therefore undertake to accept these Terms and Conditions.

1. Shipping costs
Purchases made on hirostarpadel.com have an additional shipping cost of € 9.90 in Italy.

For all purchases made on hirostarpadel.com, the additional shipping cost outside of Italy is € 20.

Shipments destined within European Union countries do not contain an invoice or any other documentation with the value of the goods.

All shipments to countries outside the European Union, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
All shipments to Italy, San Marino and Vatican City are made by GLS courier.

Orders are shipped by Hirostar from Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday.

Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment:

ITALY within 48 hours – Islands and Venice within 96 hours
ABROAD within 7 days
During the promotional period, shipments may require longer delivery times.

Prices include import duties and VAT exemption. Any local taxes and individual state taxes, not related to import charges, are not included and are charged to the customer.

Hirostar is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls or due to force majeure beyond the control of Hirostar Padel.

Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before signing as proof of delivery of the shipment. In the event that there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact Hirostar at info@hirostarpadel.com. Any dispute regarding damages, shortages, or delivery to the wrong address must reach Hirostar within a maximum of 10 days from the delivery date resulting on the courier’s website, otherwise it will not be accepted.

3. Payments
On hirostarpadel.com it is possible to purchase through the following methods:

PayPal: your credit card details are in no case stored in our IT systems. Through this circuit it is possible to make the payment in real time through your PayPal account or by credit card. More information on paypal.it.
Credit cards (Stripe): your credit card details are in no case stored in our computer systems. Through this circuit it is possible to pay in real time by credit card. More information on stripe.com.
Bank transfer: upon completion of the order, a summary email is sent to the customer containing the data to make the transfer. Orders are processed upon receipt of the transfer (on average 3-5 working days).

4. Returns

For all purchases made on hirostarpadel.com the return is free and the following rules are applied.

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, the unworn items can be returned for size change, store credit (credit on the next purchase) or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Return Instructions:

To request the return authorization, just send an email to info@hirostarpadel.com indicating the order number and the reason;
The courier for returning the goods will be indicated in the email sent by hirostarpadel. com
The return shipment made with the courier indicated by hirostarpadel.com will be FREE; If the return is sent back using a different courier, all costs will be borne by the customer;
3 types of compensation are available:
Item exchange: It is possible to exchange only the defect of the same item, if available;
Store Credit: As soon as the return is received and processed, a code of the total value of the returned items will be sent to the customer, to be used for subsequent purchases;
The Store Credit:
Can be used once within 3 months from the time of return;
Cannot be combined with other Store Credits;
Must be used entirely in an order of equal or greater value;
Refund: Refund will be carried out as soon as the return arrives at the hirostarpadel.com warehouses and the garments will be verified. For orders paid with Paypal, credit card or bank transfer, the amount will be returned to the original account. The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded
The return shipment must take place within 14 days of receiving the order.
The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not have been show no signs of use.

Each garment must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order;
In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, or that there are errors in shipments by Hirostar Padel , it is required to follow the same instructions above;
Hirostar padel reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its warehouse; < br /> Returns authorized by Hirostar Padel must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered;
Hirostar Padel reserves the right not to accept returns shipped with couriers other than that indicated in the e-mail with the return instructions if the delivery involves additional costs for Hirostar Padel or requires collection at a branch of the courier itself;
Hirostar Padel also reserves the right to itto refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions provided. In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address. Any acceptance of such returns will in any case involve a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.
For all aspects not specifically referred to in these Terms and Conditions, the Italian and European legislation for distance trading prevails.
